Greg Bankston Greg Bankston – Realtor ®, Owner

Greg was born and raised in Atlanta. He loves his city and takes pride in being a native Atlantan. One of his favorite things about being a Realtor is he is able to help guide his clients with one of the biggest, most important decisions of their lives – where to live and what to buy. The icing on the cake for Greg is the bond he creates with his clients and the friendships that extend far past the closing.

Greg’s responsibilities also include business development, management of the financials, and overseeing daily operations for both the sales side as well as the property management side of Bankston Brokers. While not selling homes, Greg competes in 5K’s, enjoys a round of golf, coaches his son’s soccer team and also serves as a Cub Scouts Den Leader.

Tim Kelley – Realtor ®

Tim has been involved with the Real Estate Industry for over 13 years and his focus is selling portfolios of rented single-family homes, and non- owner occupied warehouse or office space. He differentiates himself from other Realtors and contractors in many ways. First, in working with over 750 properties, he has been directly involved with more properties than most Realtors will over multiple careers. Secondly, Tim’s construction experience helps him to identify repairs that make the biggest difference. Unlike a contractor trying to up-sell additional repairs, Tim’s 3rd party analysis considers only the most important items in need of improvement, budget, available time, and the competition. He has found that usually the Winning Edge Theory (a few small and simple things separate winning from losing) is all that separates no sales and selling, vacancy and occupancy, the money pit and the perfect renovation, or a bankruptcy and a successful investor. The key Tim holds is in identifying these small and simple items.
